Clinical and Radiographic Features

  ① body 어느 곳에서나 일어날 수 있다.
  ② skin에서 주로 일어난다.
  ③ small papule에서 larger soft nodule에 이르기까지 다양한 형태
  ④ cafe au lait(coffee with milk) pigmentation
  ⑤ lisch nodules-iris에 나타나는 brown pigmented spot
  ⑥ CNS tumor.macrocephaly,mental retardation.seizure가 나타나기도

Treatment and Prognosis

  ① no specific therapy
  ② genetic counselling
  ③ 가장 무서운 합병증은 neurofibrosarcoma임
