    ③ 하순의 swelling and eversion(gland의hypertrophy and inflammation)
    ④ 세가지 type - Simple, Superficial suppurative (Baelz's disease)
                    Deep suppurative (cheilitis glandularis apostematosa)

Histopatholgic features

    - chronic sialadenitis and ductal dilatation

    ① vermilionectomy
