Definition

   -T-lymphocyte에서 유래한 lymphoma 임

Clinical feature

  ① 중년 남자
  ② 1st stage : erythematous stage-pruritus
                                       잘 경계된 scaly,erythematous patch
  ③ 2nd stage: plaque stage -slightly elevated red lesion
                                distinct papule,nodule
  ④ 3rd stage: tumor stage- plaque 가 성장해서 분명한 papule, nodule
                          visceral involvement
   구강 소견
   치은, 경구개 ,연구개, 혀에 영향받음

Histopathologic Feature

  1). erythematous stage :
                      ① psoriasi-form pattern of epitherial alteration
                      ② parakeratin 형성, epitherial rete ridge 의  elogation
                      ③ CT 의 흩어진 비전형적인 림프구
  2). plaque stage:
                      ⓛ mycosis cell
                      ② cerebriform nucleus
                      ③ Pautrier's microabscesses
  3). tumor stage
                      ① 비전형적인 lymphocytic cell  이 표피 ,진피침윤

Treatment & Prognosis

   ① photochemothrepy (PUVA)
   ② 장기 침범의 경우 agressive chemotherapy
