Histopathologic feature

   clear cell chondrosarcoma
     : abundant clear cytoplasm 가진 세포로 이루어짐
   dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma
     : high grade malignancy

Treatment & prognosis

   radical surgical excision
   예후가 jaw osteosarcoma보다 안 좋다
   * mesenchymal chondrosarcoma
   10-30세에서 흔히 발생
   cartilage 주위에 small, undifferentiated spindle or round malignant cell
   surgical resection
   lymphatic and hematogenous metastasis 보임
