Definition
B-lymphocyte에서 유래한 malignancy로 미분화된 lymphoma
젊은 African, jaws에서 호발
Clinical & Radiographic Features
① Central Africa에 endemic하게 발생
② pain, tenderness, paresthesia
③ alveolar bone 의 파괴로 치아이동 방사선상에 radiolucent
④ lamina dura의 patch loss
Histopathogic Features
① undifferentiated, small, noncleaved B-cell lymphoma
②「starry-sky」pattern
Treatment & Prognosis
① 진단 후 치료하지 않으면 4~6개월내 사망
② 치료는 chemotherapeutic regimen
③ 재발 흔하고 결국 사망함
