Definition

  양성 neural tumor, 가장 피상적인 neural tumor 중 하나

Clinical Features

  ① 얼굴(특히 코와 뺨)의 striking predilection,
  ② 1cm이하의 smooth-surfaced, painless, dome-shaped papule
      or nodule을 보임
  ③ oral palisaded encapsulated neurona은 드물지만 경구개에 나타남

Histopathologic Features

  ① well-circumscribed & 종종 encapsulated됨,
  ② lobulated 양상
  ③ Tumor는 슈반 세포로 구성된 방추 세포의 interlacing 다발로 구성

Treatment and Prognosis

  보존적인 국소 외과적 절제술.
