Clinical Features   

1>20-50대  
2>삼차 신경통과는 다음과 같이 다르다.  
① its continuous nature  
② its lack of paroxysm  
③ its poor response to carbamazepine  
④ its lack of trriger point    
④ its nonanatomic distribution   T

Treatment and Prognosis   

① surgical intervention은 좋지 못하다.  
② psycotherapy, behavior modification, antidepressants  
③ 대개 시간 지나면 완화됨
